ja, das ist natürlich blöd - aber sowas kommt vor.
ich würde mich im übrigen - was die wortwahl und das englisch angeht - groby anschliessen.

wenn ich bei wäre, würde meine replik in etwa so aussehen:

"thanks for your mail ...blah, blah

we´d like to ask you to return the amp for a full refund and hope that you will be able to find an amp that suits your criteria from another vendor."
