problem with the 8A125-Speaker. I just put it into my Vibro-Champ and
plugged in my Guitar. From the start it sounded like there is something
wrong. It's not easy to describe: Ther is a second distorted tone to the
normal clean one and it seems like there is a kind of "noisegate". That
means, you have to hit the guitar, that there will be a tone. And the
tone breaks up suddenly.
I just used the speaker like it should be used - what can be wrong?

You can send it back for us to take a look at it, but it is hard to determine what is going on with the speaker with the description. you could try to have a tech look at it in your area.

The problem is, that I don't know any speaker-tech around here. The next thing is the expenses for sending it back. But right know it seems to me the only possibility - or do you know about speaker-techs in Germany?
