You once said that your company would break in speakers. At what charge?
-no charge to break in.
I am also interested in a 30W Load Dump with volume control for an 8 Ohm
application. The issue here is how to connect it. I will use it with my new
project, a 30W (two 6L6's, cathode biased, no neg feedback) Blackface style
1x15 combo (guess what I want the Cali for ;o). On the Fender Discussion
Page I read about version with male and female jacks, on your website I only
see a Load Dump with apparently only female jacks. Well. With a male jack, I
could plug the gadget directly into the speaker out, but isn't it too heavy
to do so? I'd rather avoid the situation of accidently running the amp
without any load because the Load Dump slipped out of the speaker jack
during transport.
I think I prefer one with two female jacks, and use it
with two connecting speaker cords. But then I would have to find some way of
attaching it permanently to the inside of the (open back) cab. Maybe to the
back board opposite the baffle. How do other people h!

Offensichtlich ist die Mail irgendwie im Server hängengeblieben. Sie ist wohl Samstag schon geschrieben worden. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich spontane Beantwortung auch erwartet.
Was nichts an den genannten Schwierigkeiten der Kostenumlegung ändert.
Interessant ist die Info, dass Weber für das "Einbrechen", das Einbrummen von Speakern keine Kosten erhebt, allemal, die frei wählbaren Anschlussmöglichkeiten des Load Dumps / Attentuators aber allemal.
