The Grand Stick, 12-String Standard Grand, 7 melody & 5 bass strings!
This 12-string stereo output tapping instrument gives you more of what you
like about the 10-string Stick.
The fretboard is slightly wider and the strings are very slightly closer
together making it comfortable for most Stick players. It comes today with
many adjustable components. It also comes with a large number of ordering
options allowing you to choose the wood ( my is BRASILIAN ROSEWOOD ),
tuning, string gauge, pickup configuration, MIDI, and even the inlay
material.
For expanded melody range, with greatest overlap into the bass range:
MELODY
1st D above middle C
2nd A down a 4th
3rd E down a 4th
4th B down a 4th
5th F# down a 4th
6th C# down a 4th
7th G# down a 4th
BASS
8th C below low Bass E
9th G up a 5th
10th D up a 5th
11th A up a 5th
12th E up a 5th (unison with 3rd string)
